Our Check-In is located in our main lobby and open 15 minutes before service.

 

First time at The Well?

Your child is important to us. On your first visit, we need the following information:

  • Parent/Legal Guardian Name(s)
  • Child's Name, Birthdate, Grade
  • Home Address
  • Phone Number
  • Any Special Needs (Allergies, Needs, Medications)

This information is entered into our secure LifeSpring database and is confidential.

After we have met your family & checked them into our secure system, one of our volunteers will show you around a few key locations around the church, and then your child is free to hang out with the rest of our leaders and students until the service starts.
